Mumbai: Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan’s film ‘Jawan’ is three days away from its release and the film is already setting new records at the box office.
According to Indian media sources, mega-thriller ‘Jawan’ has sold more than one million tickets in just three days, with which it has broken the records of ‘Pathan’ and ‘Ghadr 2’.
Shah Rukh Khan returned to the big screen after four years with the blockbuster ‘Pathan’, now storming the box office with ‘Jawan’ while the legendary Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Dinky’ is still pending.
According to box office sources, ‘Jawan’ has sold more than one million tickets in bookings and has done a business of more than 125 crores even before its release.
Forty thousand tickets were sold in the first two hours with the launch of bookings for the mega-thriller film.
It should be noted that Nayanthara, Deepikapadukone, Sanya Malhotra, Vijay Sethupathi, and others will also be seen in action in the film which will be released on September 7.
