The training computer is a 5.5 inch (14 cm) multifunctional black and white LCD display. The software package includes 12 pre-installed programs aimed at training speed, endurance, strengthening the cardiovascular system and weight loss. In addition to the pre-installed programs, you can use a self-adjustable manual mode, create your own program or take part in a competition with a virtual opponent. For training with pulse control, there is a heart rate program. For accurate determination of the pulse and just a comfortable workout, a wireless receiver is built into the computer (chest strap-transmitter is purchased separately).
