Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Rameez Raja has said that the success of HBLPSL is due to the spectators.
Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board Rameez Raja said in a statement that HBLPSL was exceptionally successful due to a large number of cricket stadiums in Karachi and Lahore.
Rameez Raja said that he had never seen such a strong and enthusiastic crowd in Lahore during his career. On behalf of the Pakistan Cricket Board, I would like to thank all the fans who made the event and the HD production of the event a success.
Rameez Raja said that the profit margin of HBLPS has increased by 71%. This is the biggest profit in the history of the league due to which each franchise has earned around Rs 90 crore.
The Chairman PCB further said that PSL wants to take home venues of all franchises so that the number of fans can be increased.
Rameez Raja also thanked all the sponsors, players, franchisees, medical staff, law enforcement agencies, local and provincial administrations, commentators and broadcasting staff and ground staff.
