Bollywood kingpin Amitabh Bachchan has sold his family home for 23 crore Indian rupees.
According to media reports, actor Amitabh Bachchan has sold the family’s oldest bungalow in the Indian capital New Delhi for 23 crore Indian rupees.
The report said that Amitabh Bachchan’s family no longer owns the house in Gul Mehr Park in the capital. He used to live in this bungalow with his father Hari Vansh Bachchan and mother Teji Bachchan.
Avni Badar, head of a company in India, bought the property from Amitabh.
Local media reported that Indian businessman Avni Badar has always been friends with the Bachchan family and on this basis the actor decided to sell his house to them.
The new owner of the bungalow says that they will demolish the house and rebuild it according to their own style as its structure is decades old.
Amitabh Bachchan, who has ruled Bollywood for decades, also has five bungalows in the Indian city of Mumbai.
