Make an empty drum into a ladder and escape from Char Baboon Research Center

In a famous laboratory in the United States, a strange incident of animal intelligence occurred when anchors (baboon) put an empty drum against the wall and used it as a ladder to escape from this center.

The monkeys’ escape occurred at the Biomedical Research Institute (TBRI) in San Antonio, Texas, when baboons rolled a blue drum containing 200 liters of liquid against the first wall and climbed over the wall. And fled. However, the four escaped animals have been recaptured.

The center is home to more than 1,100 animals, and this afternoon the giant monkeys slowly rolled an empty drum, set it against a high wall, and escaped by climbing the wall. These drums were brought to test the behavior of these animals. After rolling them, the experts offered food to the baboon as a reward.

A TBRI spokesman acknowledged that they were “very clever creatures”. He also chose to climb the wall from a place where the wall was slightly lower and curved inwards so that no one could climb on it. One of the four escaping anchors returned voluntarily, while the other three escaped with their baboons on their feet.

When the baboons reached the road, the people in the vehicles were shocked to see them and some were scared. However, after hours of hard work, the laboratory staff controlled the anchors and brought them back to the laboratory.
