A small room has been set up at the University of Utah in the United States where students who are troubled by academic stress and problems can cry for a while and lighten their heart.
Thanks to this place, students no longer need to show their tears in front of anyone, but they can hide in secret and cry in solitude to vent their frustrations. In addition to the hard work and exams in American universities, there is another challenge which is called student debt. Sometimes all these difficulties together create a very difficult situation for a student in which mental stress, depression and even thoughts of suicide together make it more serious.
The teardrop is set in a busy corner of the University of Utah library. This small room has been designed by Finca Renimomiller and painted black. It has soft and fluffy toys (stuffed toys) with which you can hug and shed tears. A student can cry for 10 minutes in a quiet environment.
There are some weeping rules that after 10 minutes you have to come out to turn off the lights here. Also, if there is someone inside, it is permissible to knock once and these simple rules are written on the door of the crying area.
This facility has been used by some students and they say that there should be a place for crying in other institutions and colleges also.
