New Delhi: Curfew has been announced at night in two states to curb the spread of Omicron in India.
According to Indian media, a night curfew has been announced in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh to curb the rise in Omekron cases. The curfew will last from 11pm to 5am.
Restrictions on corona virus have been tightened in India. People have been instructed to wear masks in public places and maintain social distance. More than 200 people will be barred from attending weddings.
So far, 358 cases of Amicron have been reported in India.
