Underwater cable malfunction, internet affected in many countries including Pakistan

Karachi: Due to malfunction in submarine (submarine) communication cable system, internet speed in Pakistan also decreased.

Internet speed in Pakistan has also slowed down due to a malfunction in the submarine (submarine) communication cable system that provides Internet access to Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Western Europe. According to telecom sources, the error will be rectified by next month. Cable faults in countries experiencing slowdown and disruption of Internet speeds. These include Algeria, Tunisia, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. Affected cable is an important means of internet connection between these countries.
