SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) – YouTube has begun testing a new option to add key information to a video by automatically identifying key locations.
On the other hand, another feature is being tested through which video makers can edit their auto chapters and add more details or links to them. According to YouTube, this would be very useful for business and commerce.
YouTube said in its blog, YouTube Notes, that the new feature will appear in the description box below the video. Thanks to this, the viewers will be able to know about this place.
Previously, YouTube had to include details of important places in the video. But thanks to the YouTube algorithm, this feature will now work automatically. But first food and places will be tested.
Additions to collections
YouTube has started testing another feature called ‘Collections’ in which similar videos or channels will appear based on your favorite channels. For example, science and computer information channels will have more such YouTube channels and videos in front of the subscriber.
In addition, YouTube users can now easily edit sections or chapters of their videos. Many creators have complained about this.
