West Indies white ball captain Caron Pollard has been ruled out of the tour of Pakistan due to an injury he suffered from a hamstring injury during the T20 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates last month.
In his absence, Nicholas Puran will lead the team in the T20 series against Pakistan, while Shy Hope will lead the team in the ODI series. He will be replaced by veteran Devon Thomas in the ODI squad. Pollard has been replaced by Roman Powell in the T20 squad.
