New Delhi: In India, a brave mother forced a leopard to retreat and saved her baby’s life.
According to Indian media reports, Kiran Begha, a resident of Madhya Pradesh’s National Park, was sitting with her children in her hut when a leopard suddenly appeared and her 5-year-old child was abducted.
Seeing the child’s life in danger, the mother risked her life and ran after the noisy leopard. Seeing Kiran chasing and making noise, Kachita got frightened and ran away leaving the child.
After hearing Kiran’s voice, the people gathered and took the child to the hospital. Local officials say the baby is OK.
