LOS ANGELES ( Reuters) – The door of a speeding armored truck on a freeway in the US state of California suddenly opened and thousands of dollars flew into the air and scattered on the road.
According to the International News Agency, an interesting situation arose on the busiest highway in the city of Los Angeles, California, when the dollars flew from the truck assigned to transfer the dollars to the banks and scattered on the road.
Seeing thousands of dollars flying in the air and scattered on the streets, the citizens stopped and tried to collect the dollars to take with them, but the police cordoned off the area.
Police have arrested two people on suspicion of stealing dollars and in a statement directed that the dollars belong to a bank which should be deposited at a nearby police station or else arrests will be made with the help of footage.
Videos that have gone viral on social media show citizens collecting dollars, bouncing in the air and cheering, while others can be seen stuffing dollars into their pockets.
