Beijing: If you are not afraid of ghosts and witches, you can earn up to 40,000 rupees in just one day through this fearlessness, but for that you have to go to China.
According to reports, Chinese real estate companies hire unscrupulous individuals to sell haunted houses for a fee, who spend a few days there alone, swearing that the house is “haunted” and no one else. Anyone can buy them without fear.
Like Pakistan, there are many houses, bungalows and apartments in China where extraordinary deaths have taken place in the past due to which they are considered to be haunted.
Buyers are likely to call everyone who looks appropriate if there are only a few.
To remedy this situation, real estate companies have started hiring fearless and professional people who spend a few days there and come back and tell them that anyone can live in these places and there are ghosts there. There is no such thing.
The South China Morning Post reports that the business of “damaged house testers” is doing well in China, with some veterans paying “one yuan” for their services. (Approximately 28 Pakistani rupees) per minute.
He usually spends 24 hours alone in an allegedly haunted house for 1440 yuan (about 40,000 Pakistani rupees).
During this time he also keeps in touch with the concerned company on a video call and walks around different parts of the house to prove that there is no such thing as a ghost.
After proving the home “non-hazardous” it becomes much easier for real estate companies to sell it at a higher price and they can easily recoup the money they have spent, along with the profits.
