BEIJING: China’s ruling Communist Party has passed a landmark resolution equating President Xi Jinping’s status with that of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping.
According to the World News Agency, the Communist Party of China has passed a resolution in the General Assembly on the occasion of the centenary celebrations, which has strengthened the grip of the current President Xi Jinping on power forever.
With this resolution, President Xi Jinping’s political status has become equal to that of the founding parties Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping. This is the third resolution of its kind in 100 years of history. Earlier, similar resolutions were passed in 1945 under Mao Zedong and in 1981 under Deng Xiaoping.
The road has already been paved for President Xi Jinping to stay in power forever after his party lifted the maximum age of 68 for the presidency in 2018.
It should be noted that there is no rival in front of the President of China at present but despite this he has gained maximum power and authority during his tenure.
