Los Angeles: Famous Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin got into trouble after a woman was shot dead while shooting on the set of a movie.
According to foreign media, the crew of the film started legal proceedings against him. A staff member has filed a lawsuit against Alec Baldwin and the producers of the film ‘Rust’ for criminal negligence.

The film’s chief electrician, Sergio Seutno, has sued producers and other defendants in a lawsuit filed in the US city of Los Angeles for failing to enforce security measures and allowing a revolver loaded with bullets to be fired at living humans.
This is the first case filed against him. Police are still investigating the incident in the US state of New Mexico and no criminal case has been filed against anyone.
Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin was shooting a movie in New Mexico on October 21 when he accidentally shot himself with a gun used in the movies, killing Helena Hitchens, a 42-year-old female cinematographer on the spot. And director Joel Souza was injured.
“Filmmaking is a wonderful art, but no one should die for the entertainment of others, the administration should not have used real bullets on the set,” Sergio Seutno, chief electrician, told a news conference.
Sergio Ceutno is an eyewitness to the incident and picked up Helena Hitchens after being shot in the chest. He said that scene would haunt him for the rest of his life. The lawsuit also names actor and producer Hina Guttierez and weapons assistant director Dave Halls, who held a pistol to actor Alec Baldwin during rehearsals.
