Vilnius: Lithuanian Valeran Romanovsky has set a new world record by sitting in the snow from head to toe for three hours and one minute in a row.
Velran performed the feat at a central intersection in the Lithuanian capital, Vilnius.
Hundreds of people were present to watch the scene, including representatives of the Guinness World Records.
Although the record was made in front of the delegates, they said it would take some time for them to confirm it.
Until then, the world record for the longest sitting in the snow will be held by Roman Vanden Dorp, a French citizen who set the record in December 2020 by sitting in the snow for two hours and 35 minutes continuously.
