LAHORE: The Sessions Court has declared actress Ayesha Sana a fugitive in a cyber crime case.
Actress Ayesha Sana was declared a fugitive in a cyber crime case in Lahore Sessions Court. The court on October 4 sought an action report from the FIA declaring the accused a fugitive. Additional Sessions Judge Syed Ali Abbas issued an advertisement on the non-appearance of accused actress Ayesha Sana. Despite repeated summons notices from the court, the accused actress was declared admissible for not appearing.
It should be noted that the FIA Cyber Crime Circle has filed a challan on the complaint of Yousuf Baig Mirza. Actress Ayesha Sana is accused of defaming the family of citizen Yousuf Baig Mirza. The actress is also accused of sharing nasty photos of the plaintiff’s wife and daughter on social media.
The plaintiff says that Ayesha Sana also uploaded material against my wife and daughter on a website. According to the text of the challan, actress Ayesha Sana brought disrepute to the family of the plaintiff.
