WASHINGTON: Three people were killed when a small plane with an engine crashed in Napa County, California.
According to the international news agency, the control tower was cut off shortly after the flight of a small plane with one engine in the US state of California.
The wreckage of the plane was found in the forest during the rescue operation. All three people on board were killed on the spot. The dead included the pilot and two passengers.
Federal aviation officials said the pilot got stuck in a tree trying to take another route to the airport runway and crashed while trying to get out.
The identities of those killed and injured in the crash have not been released.
