Connecticut: The owner of a walking salon in the United States has sold the entire business to his best employee for just one dollar.
Payo Empire, the owner of a salon in New Haven, Connecticut, has sold the entire salon to his best maid, Kathy Mora, for a complimentary price of ڈالر 1.
Fifteen years ago, Kathy Mora graduated from technical high school and became involved with Karatley Hair Salon for a long time.
“They are very good hairdressers, their manners are very high. That’s why I sold my shop to them for a dollar, and we’ll still be friends, “said Payo.
In this way, Kathy became the owner of a shop worth tens of thousands of dollars, in which valuables and many customers also came to her swing. However, she will continue to pay the rent to her old owner. Now the 79-year-old payompirati will remain an independent contractor.
Payo said he dreamed of building the salon. Because for the last 56 years he has been running the salon business in many places and the first shop he opened in 1965.
“When I came out of high school, I thought no one would hire me because I had no experience,” said Mora, 32. But he got Payo’s number and after contact, Payo Empire hired him. After that, the two continued to work as a family.
